This goes for assholes, too, guys. I know a couple who went tubing once, and they had to re-air their tubes, but the guy thought it would be funny to stick the tip of the air compressor up to her bikini trunks, the air ruptured something inside her and she died within thirty minutes.

My problem is that I can be outgoing most times, but if I’m doing something for the first time I’m a nervous wreck. Like the first time I used the bus, biking, even going to the grocery store, etc. I had to repeat what I had to do multiple times in my head so I wouldn’t mess up. Otherwise I wouldn’t do it, procrastinate, anything to avoid being awkward or anxious in public. But after repeating, and taking a few deep breaths a lot of these mundane tasks became easier over time. If I hadn’t pushed “out of my comfort zone” I would be miserable and never know how it feels to be outgoing for once. So I understand what Mark means from personal experiences that it may be hard at first but it really is freeing as he says. But as usual he eloquently gives advice better than anyone!
